At She is Focused & Fit, we aim to focus on the physical, mental, social and emotional wellness of our members. Through a variety of fitness activities for all fitness levels, we create an inclusive culture and environment for all members to feel comfortable; be encouraged to thrive, uplifted and empowered by one another.

The She is Focused Community takes a comprehensive, collectivist approach to engagement. Through community outreach and partnerships, we can help to increase access, close disparity gaps and enhance the quality of life for those we serve.

Philly Focused & Fit Summer Experience 2023!
Philly Focused & Fit is a self-development, health and wellness summer camp for girls aged 11-18. Campers will use cycling and other physical activities as tools to enhance overall quality of life and wellbeing. At Philly Focused & Fit, wellbeing, self-development, exposure and experience are at the forefront. We strive to create spaces that empower and uplift girls and foster their physical, mental, social and emotional wellness.
