We are loudly calling all teenage girls (13-18) - this is an event you will not want to miss. We will be celebrating YOU! This day is dedicated to recognizing and promoting the rights and well-being of girls worldwide. We will be emphasizing the importance of empowering girls through education, access to healthcare, and protection from violence and discrimination. This day also encourages girls to dream big, pursue their goals, and contribute to building a more equitable and just world.

- Mindfulness and Physical Activity

- Self Affirmation
