She Is Focused Women’s Wellness Retreat 2025
Close out the year with intention and inspiration at the She Is Focused Women’s Wellness Retreat 2025. This half-day, all-inclusive experience is designed to help women reconnect with themselves, nature, and community through guided movement, mindfulness, reflection, and meaningful conversation.
Participants will enjoy an empowering hike along scenic trails, a nourishing lunch, and uplifting sessions focused on goal-setting, self-discovery, and somatic healing, all within a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. The day will also include floor-based movement practices such as mat Pilates, mobility work, and breathwork, promoting balance, restoration, and deeper body awareness.
Join us for a day of renewal and connection as we reflect on our growth, release what no longer serves us, and refocus for the year ahead. Space is limited to ensure an intimate and impactful experience.
